The Immature Wisconsin Old Fashion

This is a Wisconsin classic. Combine our spin on the ubiquitous aromatic bitters with our immature brandy to have a truly pleasing cocktail for your afternoon. For a unique spin on this cocktail try replacing the sugar with our soon to come honey liqueur. In your favorite cocktail glass muddle and orange slice and maraschino cherry with a sugar cube (or 1/2 oz of Doundrins Distilling honey liqueur) and add three dashes of Doundrins Distilling aromatic bitters. Then add 2 oz of Doundrins Distilling Immature brandy and top off with a splash of lemon lime soda, seltzer, or sour mix depending on your preference. Garnish with an orange slice and a maraschino cherry.
 
  • 2 oz Doundrins Distilling Immature Brandy
  • 1 sugar cube or 1/2 oz Doundrins Distilling Honey Liqueur
  • 2 orange slices
  • 2 maraschino cherries
  • 3 dashes of Doundrins aromatic bitters
  • 1 splash lemon lime soda, seltzer, or sour mix

Great for those cold Wisconsin winters. Warm up with one of these. In a chilled cocktail glass mix together the follow 1 oz each of Doundrins immature brandy, cream, and creme de cacao. Garnish with fresh ground nutmeg.
 
  • 1 oz Doundrins Distilling Immature Brandy
  • 1 oz Cream
  • 1 oz Creme de Cacao
  • A dusting of fresh nutmeg

The Brandy Daisy

 A refreshing way to brighten up any afternoon. To make this drink mix together 2 oz of Doundrins immature brandy and your favorite rum along with 3 dashes of curacao liqueur and simple syrup and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.  Stir and top off with soda water.
