About Bram
Bram did not pick up a paintbrush until he was nearly 40, but he always loved watching artists on TV. Drawing from Bob Ross’ and Bill Alexander’s enthusiasm, once he started painting, he was instantly captivated and put a legal career on hold to paint full-time.
Bram is a Certified Bob Ross Instructor and also works with Bob’s son, Steve Ross. They travel around the country offering painting classes to anyone who wants to learn this method. When not traveling, Bram teaches near his home in the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Bram is always willing to travel to share the joy that comes with creation. https://paintwithbram.com/
What is the Wet on Wet Method?
The wet-on-wet method or Alla Prima style allows the beginner painter to complete a painting in a short amount of time. Traditional oil painting methods require that you wait between each color for the oil to dry. That is the genius of the wet-on-wet method, that you can mix the perfect color on the canvas. Blending the colors in this way actually mimics the beauty of nature. Come to a class and create your own masterpiece!
