  • 1 oz Doundrins Distilling Elderflower Liqueur
  • 1 oz Doundrins Distilling Chamomile Liqueur
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .25 oz coconut syrup
  • 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
  • Shake and top with seltzer

The Spice

 
  • 1.5 oz Doundrins Distilling Elderflower Liqueur
  • .5 oz Doundrins Distilling Honey Liqueur
  • .75 oz chai-cardamom syrup
  • .5 oz orange juice
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 2 dashes of chocolate bitters
  • Shake and serve on the rocks
  • Garnish with an orange peel
