- .5 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters

- 2.5 oz Doundrins Distilling Aquavit
- .5 oz olive juice
- .5 oz pickled mushroom juice
- celery salt
- Shake & serve up or on the rocks
