There are so many new and exciting things to report. We finally got some product distilled. Our initial brandy run is completed and even un-aged it tastes great. There is a strong, but pleasant flavor of grapes. It will be placed into barrels soon and if all goes well we should have product in a bottle for you to take home soon.

We signed our lease for our own location in Cottage Grove! We are finalizing the approval of our bitters recipe and we should be able to start production at this facility while we apply for our distilled spirits plant permit.

Our Kickstarter has been submitted for approval and we should know in a couple of days that we can launch. We will keep you up to date.
