Doundrins Maple Syrup Liqueur is a sweet maple-forward spirit that is made with local Maple Syrup. The maple syrup for our spirit comes from Nigon View Maples in Greenwood, WI, which is about 2.5 hours from the distillery. It is one of our fan favorites. You can use it as the main spirit in a cocktail for something like our famous “Blueberry Pancake” which combines blueberries and cream soda with our Maple Syrup Liqueur for a delightful cocktail. The Maple Syrup Liqueur can also be used to compliment any of our other spirits or ones you may have in your liquor cabinet at home.
